We already have too many gladiators and will not accept any other ones.
The reason is simple - too many gladiators per party make it hard to gear the players up and also cause too much weight on the templars.
Since we want each of our members to get the gear they deserve we have to limit our invitations at this point in order to also preserve our moto of being a small legion.
